The Fameg Arch collection is a peculiar combination of two worlds. The visible reference to classical forms has been complemented by simple details that give the chair a modern character. The furniture is provided with delicate undercuts on the base, which clearly refers to classical architecture. The seat shell exposes remarkable frets, achieved digitally, as a similar effect would be impossible to achieve with traditional woodworking methods. The rounded back proudly emphasises the surface of the natural wood and adds dynamism and lightness to the form. The Arch chair will easily fulfil its role in a variety of spaces, in particular it will find its way into the role of an office chair for a stylish dining room.
